Gizliliğinize saygı duyuyor ve bu gizlilik politikası ("Politika") aracılığıyla koruma taahhüdümüzü yerine getiriyoruz. Bu Politika, "Kerasoft" web sitesi ve mobil uygulaması (birlikte "Platformlar" veya "Hizmet") ve ilgili ürünlerimiz ve hizmetlerimiz ("Hizmetler") üzerinden sizden veya tarafınızca sağlanabilecek bilgilerin türlerini ("Kişisel Bilgiler") ve bu Kişisel Bilgilerin toplanması, kullanımı, saklanması, korunması ve açıklanması için uygulamalarımızı açıklamaktadır. Ayrıca, Kişisel Bilgilerinizi kullanımımızla ilgili tercihlerinizi ve nasıl erişebileceğinizi ve güncelleyebileceğinizi açıklar.
Bu Politika, Ünsa Madencilik, Turizm, Enerji, Seramik, Orman Ürünleri, Elektrik Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş ("Keramika", "biz", "bizim" veya "biz") olarak faaliyet gösteren siz ("Kullanıcı", "siz" veya "sizin") ile yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir anlaşmadır. Platformları kullandığınızda, sunucularımız cihazınızın ve tarayıcınızın gönderdiği bilgileri otomatik olarak kaydeder. Bu veriler, cihazınızın IP adresi ve konumu, cihaz adı ve sürümü, işletim sistemi türü ve sürümü, tarayıcı türü, dil tercihleri, Platformlarda arama yaptığınız bilgiler, erişim saatleri ve tarihleri ve diğer istatistikler gibi bilgileri içerebilir.
Otomatik olarak toplanan bilgiler yalnızca istismar durumlarını tespit etmek ve Platformların ve Hizmetlerin kullanımıyla ilgili istatistiksel bilgiler oluşturmak amacıyla kullanılır. Bu istatistiksel bilgiler, sistemin herhangi bir belirli Kullanıcısını tanımlayacak şekilde başka bir şekilde toplanmaz.
Platformları ve Hizmetleri kim olduğunuzu bize söylemeden erişebilir ve kullanabilirsiniz. Bununla birlikte, Platformlar tarafından sunulan bazı özellikleri kullanmak isterseniz, belirli Kişisel Bilgilerinizi (örneğin, adınız ve e-posta adresiniz) sağlamanız istenebilir.
Platformlarda içerik yayınladığınızda, kişiselleştirilmiş ürün siparişi kapsamında fotoğraf/görsel yüklediğinizde veya herhangi bir formu doldurduğunuzda, bilerek bize sağladığınız bilgileri alır ve depolarız. Gerektiğinde, bu bilgiler aşağıdakileri içerebilir:
- Hesap detayları (kullanıcı adı, benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği, şifre vb.)
- Kişiselleştirilmiş ürün tasarımı için yüklenen fotoğraf ve görsel dosyaları
- Cihazdaki belirli özellikler (rehber, takvim, galeri vb.)
Kişisel Bilgilerinizi bize vermeme seçeneğiniz vardır, ancak bu durumda Platformlardaki bazı özelliklerden (örneğin kişiselleştirilmiş ürün siparişi verme) faydalanamayabilirsiniz. Hangi bilgilerin zorunlu olduğu konusunda tereddüt yaşayan kullanıcılar bizimle iletişime geçebilir.
Çocukların Gizliliği
18 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek herhangi bir Kişisel Bilgi toplamıyoruz. 18 yaşın altındaysanız, lütfen Platformlar ve Hizmetler aracılığıyla herhangi bir Kişisel Bilgi göndermeyin. 18 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun Kişisel Bilgilerini Platformlar ve Hizmetler aracılığıyla bize sağladığına inanıyorsanız, lütfen o çocuğun Kişisel Bilgilerinin Hizmetlerimizden silinmesini talep etmek için bizimle iletişime geçin.
Ebeveynleri ve yasal vasileri, çocuklarının İnternet kullanımını izlemelerini ve Platformlar ve Hizmetler aracılığıyla Kişisel Bilgileri izinleri olmadan sağlamamaları konusunda teşvik ediyoruz. Ayrıca, çocuklarının İnternet üzerinde izinleri olmadan Kişisel Bilgi vermemeleri konusunda talimat vermeleri için çocukların bakımını üstlenen tüm ebeveynlerin ve yasal vasilerin gerekli önlemleri almalarını istiyoruz.
Kişisel Bilgileri işlerken veri denetleyici ve veri işleyici olarak hareket ediyoruz, ancak veri işleme anlaşması yapmadıysak siz veri denetleyicisi olacak ve biz veri işleyici olacağız.
Kişisel Bilgileri içeren özel durumlara bağlı olarak rolümüz değişebilir. Platformlar ve Hizmetler aracılığıyla Kişisel Bilgi gönderdiğiniz durumlarda veri işleyici olarak hareket ediyoruz. Gönderilen Kişisel Bilgiler hakkında sahip değiliz, kontrol etmiyoruz veya kararlar almıyoruz ve böyle Kişisel Bilgiler yalnızca talimatlarınıza uygun olarak işlenir. Bu durumlarda, Kişisel Bilgi sağlayan Kullanıcı veri denetleyicisi olarak hareket eder.
Platformları ve Hizmetleri size sunmak veya yasal bir yükümlülüğü yerine getirmek için belirli Kişisel Bilgileri toplamamız ve kullanmamız gerekebilir. Talep ettiğimiz bilgileri sağlamazsanız, istenen ürünleri veya hizmetleri size sunamayabiliriz. Sizden topladığımız bilgiler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılabilir:
- Kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek
- Kişiselleştirilmiş 3D ürün tasarımları ve modelleri oluşturmak
- Platformları ve Hizmetleri çalıştırmak ve işletmek
Kişisel Bilgilerinizin işlenmesi, Platformlar ve Hizmetlerle nasıl etkileşimde bulunduğunuza, dünya genelinde bulunduğunuza ve aşağıdakilerden biri geçerliyse bağlıdır: (i) bir veya daha fazla belirli amaç için onay vermiş olmanız; (ii) bilgi sağlanması, sizinle bir anlaşmanın yerine getirilmesi ve/veya ön sözleşmeye ilişkin yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için gerekli olması; (iii) işleme, tabi olduğunuz yasal bir yükümlülüğe uyum sağlamak için gereklidir; (iv) işleme, kamusal çıkar veya tarafımızca yürütülen resmi yetki kullanımıyla ilgili bir görevle ilgilidir; (v) işleme, tarafımızca veya üçüncü bir tarafça takip edilen meşru çıkarlar için gereklidir.
Bazı yasal düzenlemelere göre, onay veya diğer yasal dayanaklara başvurmadan, siz itiraz edene kadar bilgileri işlememize izin verilebilir. Her durumda, işleme uygulanan belirli yasal dayanağın ve özellikle Kişisel Bilgi sağlamanın yasal veya sözleşmesel bir zorunluluk olup olmadığının veya bir sözleşme yapmak için gerekli bir gereklilik mi olduğunun açıklığa kavuşturulmasında memnuniyetle yardımcı olacağız.
Talep edilen Hizmetlere bağlı olarak veya talep ettiğiniz herhangi bir işlemi tamamlamak veya sağlamak için bilgilerinizi (örneğin 3D modelleme yapılabilmesi amacıyla yüklenen fotoğrafları 3D AI Studio gibi üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla), gizlilik politikalarımızla uyumlu olan veya Kişisel Bilgiyle ilgili politikalarımıza uymayı kabul eden bağlı şirketlerimize, sözleşmeli şirketlerimize ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza ("Hizmet Sağlayıcılar") paylaşabiliriz. Sizinle ilgili olarak, üçüncü taraflarla kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgi paylaşmayacak ve bağlantısı olmayan üçüncü taraflarla bilgi paylaşmayacağız.
Hizmet Sağlayıcılar, yalnızca bizim adımıza hizmetleri yerine getirmek veya yasal gereksinimleri yerine getirmek için gerekli olduğu ölçüde bilgilerinizi kullanma veya açıklama yetkisine sahiptir. Hizmet Sağlayıcıları, belirlenmiş görevlerini yerine getirmek için ihtiyaç duydukları bilgileri alırlar ve sağlanan bilgileri kendi pazarlama veya diğer amaçları için kullanma veya açıklama yetkisi vermemekteyiz.
Ayrıca, bir mahkeme celbi veya benzer yasal süreci yerine getirmek veya haklarımızı korumak, sizin güvenliğinizi veya başkalarının güvenliğini sağlamak, dolandırıcılığı araştırmak veya bir hükümet talebine yanıt vermek gibi yasal olarak gerekli veya izin verilen durumlarda topladığımız, kullandığımız veya aldığımız herhangi bir Kişisel Bilgiyi açıklayabiliriz.
Kişisel Bilgilerinizi, yasal yükümlülüklerimize uyum sağlamak, anlaşmalarımızı uygulamak, anlaşmazlıkları çözmek için gerekli olan süre boyunca saklayacak ve kullanacağız, yasal olarak daha uzun bir saklama süresi gerektiren veya izin verilen durumlar haricinde. Kişiselleştirilmiş ürün tasarımı amacıyla iş ortaklarımıza veya hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza (3D AI Studio vb.) aktarılan fotoğraflar ve bunlardan türetilen model dosyaları, ilgili hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucularında yalnızca modelleme işlemlerinin tamamlanması amacıyla maksimum 24 saat süreyle saklanmakta ve bu sürenin sonunda otomatik olarak silinmektedir.
Kişisel Bilgilerinizi güncelledikten veya sildikten sonra türetilen veya içeren herhangi bir toplu veriyi kullanabiliriz, ancak sizi kişisel olarak tanımlayabilecek şekilde değil. Saklama süresi sona erdikten sonra, Kişisel Bilgiler silinecektir. Bu nedenle, saklama süresinin sona ermesinden sonra erişim hakkı, silme hakkı, düzeltme hakkı ve veri taşınabilirliği hakkı uygulanamaz hale gelir.
Bildirimler
Dilediğiniz zaman gönüllü olarak abone olabileceğiniz bildirimler sunuyoruz. Bildirimlerin doğru cihazlara ulaşmasını sağlamak için, cihazınıza özgü bir cihaz belirteci kullanıyoruz. Bu cihaz belirteci, cihazınızın işletim sistemi tarafından verilen benzersiz bir kimliktir. Cihaz belirtecine erişmek mümkün olsa da, bize veya üçüncü taraf bildirim sağlayıcımıza kimliğinizi, benzersiz cihaz kimliğinizi veya iletişim bilgilerinizi açıklamaz. E-posta yoluyla gönderilen bilgileri ilgili yasalara ve düzenlemelere uygun şekilde saklayacağız. Bildirim almayı durdurmak isterseniz, sadece cihaz veya tarayıcı ayarlarınızı buna göre düzenlemeniz yeterlidir.
Diğer kaynaklara yönelik bağlantılar
Platformlar ve Hizmetler, tarafımıza ait olmayan veya kontrolümüz altında olmayan diğer kaynaklara bağlantılar içerebilir. Lütfen, bu gibi diğer kaynakların veya üçüncü tarafların gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu olmadığımızı unutmayın. Platformlar ve Hizmetler'den ayrıldığınızda, Kişisel Bilgi toplayabilecek her kaynağın gizlilik bildirimlerini okumanızı öneririz.
Sağladığınız bilgileri yetkisiz erişime, kullanıma veya açıklamaya karşı korumak için bilgisayar sunucularında kontrollü ve güvenli bir ortamda saklıyoruz. Kontrolümüz ve gözetimimiz altındaki Kişisel Bilgilerin yetkisiz erişim, kullanım, değişiklik ve açıklamaya karşı korunması için makul idari, teknik ve fiziksel güvenlik önlemlerini sürdürüyoruz. Bununla birlikte, İnternet veya kablosuz ağ üzerinden veri iletiminin kesinliği ve güvenliği garanti edilemez.
Bu nedenle, Kişisel Bilgilerinizi korumaya çalışsak da, kabul edersiniz ki (i) kontrolümüz dışında olan İnternet'in güvenlik ve gizlilik sınırlamaları bulunmaktadır; (ii) sizin ve Platformlar ile Hizmetler arasında alışveriş yapılan bilgi ve verinin güvenliği, bütünlüğü ve gizliliği garanti edilemez; ve (iii) en iyi çabalara rağmen, böyle bir bilgi ve veri üçüncü bir tarafça aktarım sırasında görüntülenebilir veya değiştirilebilir.
Veri ihlali
Platformların ve Hizmetlerin güvenliğinin tehlikeye girdiğini veya Kullanıcıların Kişisel Bilgilerinin dışarıdaki üçüncü taraflar tarafından ifşa edildiğini, güvenlik saldırıları veya dolandırıcılık dahil olmak üzere harici etkinliklerin bir sonucu olarak fark ettiğimiz durumlarda, adil önlemler alma hakkını saklı tutarız. Bu önlemler arasında, soruşturma yapma, raporlama, ayrıca yasal yetkililere bildirimde bulunma ve işbirliği yapma yer alabilir. Veri ihlali durumunda, ihlalin sonucunda Kullanıcıya makul zarar riski olduğunu düşünüyorsak veya bildirim yasal olarak gereklidirse, etkilenen bireylere bildirimde bulunma konusunda makul çaba sarf edeceğiz. Bunu yaptığımızda, size bir e-posta göndereceğiz.
Değişiklikler ve düzeltmeler
Platformlar ve Hizmetlerle ilgili olarak bu Politikayı veya şartlarını isteğimize bağlı olarak istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Bunu yaptığımızda, bu sayfanın altında güncellenmiş tarihi düzelteceğiz. Ayrıca, size tarafımızdan sağlanan iletişim bilgileri gibi farklı yöntemlerle de isteğimize bağlı olarak size bildirimde bulunabiliriz.
Bu Politikanın güncellenmiş bir sürümü, aksi belirtilmediği sürece, düzeltilen Politikanın yayınlanmasından hemen sonra yürürlüğe gelecektir. Platformların ve Hizmetlerin etkin tarihinden sonra (veya o sırada belirtilen diğer bir işlemde) bu değişikliklere onay vermeyi kabul etmiş olacaksınız. Bu politikanın kabulü

Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Policy”). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) on the “Kerasoft” website and mobile application (collectively “Platforms” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that Personal Information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update it.
This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Ünsa Madencilik, Turizm, Enerji, Seramik, Orman Ürünleri, Elektrik Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş (doing business as “Keramika”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Platforms and Services. By accessing and using the Platforms and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
When you use the Platforms, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include information such as your device’s IP address and location, device name and version, operating system type and version, browser type, language preferences, information you search for in the Platforms, access times and dates, and other statistics.
Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding the usage of the Platforms and Services. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular User of the system.
You can access and use the Platforms and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the features offered in the Platforms, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information (for example, your name and e-mail address).
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you publish content, upload photos for custom products, or fill any forms in the Platforms. When required, this information may include the following:
- Account details (such as user name, unique user ID, password, etc)
- Uploaded photo/image files for custom 3D product design
- Certain features on the device (such as contacts, calendar, gallery, etc)
You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features in the Platforms (such as placing custom product orders). Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.
Privacy of children
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Platforms and Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Platforms and Services, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our Services.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Platforms and Services without their permission. We also ask that all parents and legal guardians overseeing the care of children take the necessary precautions to ensure that their children are instructed to never give out Personal Information when online without their permission.
We act as a data controller and a data processor when handling Personal Information, unless we have entered into a data processing agreement with you in which case you would be the data controller and we would be the data processor.
Our role may also differ depending on the specific situation involving Personal Information. We act in the capacity of a data controller when we ask you to submit your Personal Information that is necessary to ensure your access and use of the Platforms and Services. In such instances, we are a data controller because we determine the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Information.
We act in the capacity of a data processor in situations when you submit Personal Information through the Platforms and Services. We do not own, control, or make decisions about the submitted Personal Information, and such Personal Information is processed only in accordance with your instructions. In such instances, the User providing Personal Information acts as a data controller.
In order to make the Platforms and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we may need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested products or services. Any of the information we collect from you may be used for the following purposes:
- Improve user experience
- Generate custom 3D product designs and models
- Run and operate the Platforms and Services
Processing your Personal Information depends on how you interact with the Platforms and Services, where you are located in the world and if one of the following applies: (i) you have given your consent for one or more specific purposes; (ii) provision of information is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof; (iii) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which you are subject; (iv) processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us; (v) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party.
Note that under some legislations we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing by opting out, without having to rely on consent or any other of the legal bases. In any case, we will be happy to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Information is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
Depending on the requested Services or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any Service you have requested, we may share your information (such as photos uploaded for 3D modeling with third-party service providers like 3D AI Studio) with our affiliates, contracted companies, and service providers (collectively, “Service Providers”) we rely upon to assist in the operation of the Platforms and Services available to you and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours or who agree to abide by our policies with respect to Personal Information. We will not share any personally identifiable information with third parties and will not share any information with unaffiliated third parties.
Service Providers are not authorized to use or disclose your information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Service Providers are given the information they need only in order to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose any of the provided information for their own marketing or other purposes.
We may also disclose any Personal Information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Photos and derived model files transferred to our service providers (e.g., 3D AI Studio) for custom product design are stored on their servers for a maximum period of 24 hours solely for processing purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.
Push notifications
We offer push notifications to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. To make sure push notifications reach the correct devices, we use a third-party push notifications provider who relies on a device token unique to your device which is issued by the operating system of your device. While it is possible to access a list of device tokens, they will not reveal your identity, your unique device ID, or your contact information to us or our third-party push notifications provider. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving push notifications, simply adjust your device or browser settings accordingly.
Links to other resources
The Platforms and Services contain links to other resources that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other resources or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Platforms and Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every resource that may collect Personal Information.
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Personal Information in our control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.
